Even though I am from a town of less then 500 in western Kentucky I do not know a great deal about farming. Actually, it is amazing how little I know about farming, sports, automobiles, hunting, or any other thing you would imagine a country boy would know.
From an early age I’ve had great interest in the ministry! From my first memory of church, I remember thinking I want to do what that guy yelling is doing. I love the ministry. I love the chance to be a full time Pastor of Students at Vision Baptist Church. I love watching people grow spiritually!
As I grow as a person and my youth department grows into a world impacting band of passionate young people willing to spend and be spent for the cause of Christ I would like to journal some things to help me along the way.
I must grow to lead a growing ministry!
On this blog with a funny name I will post information that I believe is helping me grow as a leader which is vital for me to grow the ministry I am in. If I grow whatever I am in must grow.
